How to file

Send an email with the subject “Grievance” that includes:

• the link to the story or note;
• the part you object to and why;
• your name and how to reach you.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours.
2. We decide on it and tell you our decision within 15 days.
3. If you're not satisfied with our decision, you can appeal to the self-regulating body of publishers that NOSIDES belongs to, under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

For mistakes of fact, the quicker route is usually a correction request.
